Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the BoldMove app and website, operated by Lumpixel LLC. By using BoldMove you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BoldMove.
What BoldMove is
BoldMove is an AI coach that gives dating and relationship advice for entertainment and self-improvement. Answers are generated by AI, can be wrong, and are not professional, medical, psychological or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and conduct. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or call or text 988 in the US.
Acceptable use
Don't use BoldMove to harass, stalk, deceive, pressure or harm anyone, to get around someone's "no", or for anything illegal. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and be thoughtful about other people's privacy in screenshots. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or bypass limits of the service.
Free plan and BoldMove Pro
The free plan includes a limited number of answers per day. BoldMove Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) that removes the daily limit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before they end; any unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase. Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and liability
BoldMove is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BoldMove in the 12 months before the claim.
